In the grand tradition of Crazy Sex Laws, here is a recent installment from 9gag.com, including such gems as the Nevada phallic disguise prohibition:

It is illegal for any member of the Nevada legislature to conduct official business wearing a penis costume while the legislature is in session.

What I’m wondering is, “What kind of penis costume epidemic lead to this being enacted into policy?” And then I think, “How awesome would it be to live in a state where our Representatives went around dressed like genitalia?”
